Our old friend Lindsey Boldt is visiting us from the Pacific Northwest with a new poetry chapbook! And so is our new friend Mohamed Asem, from Portland, with a new memoir! Joined by our local friend Sara Larsen, with their brand new book!
Lindsey Boldt is the author of Some Ennui (2019) from Portable Press at Yo-Yo Labs, <<(( ))>> (2016), Overboard (2012), Titties for Lindsey (2013), and Oh My, Hell Yes, (2009). Her writing has appeared in Wolfman New Life Quarterly, Troll Thread, The Drunken Boat, Elderly, and in many other venues. She was co-editor of the chapbook series, Summer BF Press, and taught poetry in Bay Area public schools for many years. She is now managing editor of Nightboat Books, and also works as a nanny and Reiki practioner in her hometown, Olympia, Washington.
Mohamed Asem is the author of Stranger in the Pen (2018, Perfect Day Publishing) and his work has appeared in Oregon Humanities, Eunoia Review, the anthology What Lies Beneath, and elsewhere. Born in California, raised in Kuwait and Paris, he currently lives in Portland, Oregon.
Sara Larsen is the author of The Riot Grrrl Thing (Roof Books, 2019) Merry Hell (Atelos, 2016), and All Revolutions Will Be Fabulous (Printing Press, 2014). She is also the author of several chapbooks including Riot Cops En Route To Troy and The Hallucinated, among others. She lives in the Bay Area.
