Poets Jason Mitchell, Connie Scozzaro, Jessica Laser, and Eliot D'Silva

In this October of so much poetry, we have another one for you to add your must-be-at list! Jason Mitchell is traveling from the east coast while Eliot d'Silva, Jessica Laser, and Connie Scozzaro are coming in from all points bay area to read poems you can react to in your own special way.

Jason Mitchell is a poet living in Philadelphia, PA where he hosts and coordinates the Frank O'Hara's Last Lover reading series, now in its 4th year. His poems and essays can be found in publications such as Jacket 2, Hi Zero, Fence, Bedfellows, Supplement v. 1, among others. 

Born in Chicago, Jessica Laser is the author of Sergei Kuzmich from All Sides (Letter Machine, forthcoming) and two chapbooks. A graduate of the Iowa Writers' Workshop, she most recently taught writing at Parsons School of Design, and is currently pursuing a PhD in English at Berkeley.

Connie Scozzaro was born in London and currently resides in Berkeley, California. Her poems have appeared in The Claudius App, Tripwire and No Borders. Her first chapbook, Contrapposto Action Queen, came out from Bad Press in 2013 and her longer book Marnie is forthcoming from Krupskaya.

Eliot D'Silva is a writer and PhD student in English. He has lived in Cambridge, London and Berkeley. Recent work can be found at -995786899
